MEDICAL RHINOPLASTY
(Implants, hyaluronic acid injection and Botox)
It is an aesthetic medicine treatment that consists of improving the shape of the nasal pyramid using fillers and/or botulinum toxin.
This non-surgical rhinoplasty is clearly adapted to correct minor defects, especially the back of the nose and tip.
In case of severe deformations and nasal deviations, medical rhinoplasty cannot replace conventional surgical rhinoplasty.
- What materials are used?
The treatment is performed with fully absorbable fillers based on hyaluronic acid, sometimes the botulinum toxin is used to increase the projection of the tip.
Permanent loads are not used, as they could cause adverse effects such as granulomas, infections and could compromise the results of future surgical rhinoplasty.
- How does the treatment work?
The treatment is done in clinic, it is not painful, does not require anesthesia and is done in a few minutes. After an accurate analysis of the nasal profile, shape and projection of the tip, a modest amount of product is injected with a very thin needle, or a small cannula, with depressed points, to align the nasal back. It will also be possible to increase the projection of the tip and open the nasal angle.
- After treatment?
Slight redness and eventually a small swelling that will disappear in a short time. Bruising can rarely occur and it will also regress in a few days.
- How long does the result last?
The result is immediately obvious and lasts about a year.
